At 180 Cadence, we take great pride in delivering high-quality running gear that’s built for the long run. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make your experience with us as seamless as possible. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward return and exchange process.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day exchange/return policy from the date your item is delivered to you. Please note the following:

  • Gift Items: If you're purchasing as a gift, you can request an extended return period at the time of purchase. Contact us to arrange this.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, you can send us a photo for preliminary confirmation, but the final decision will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

Our Simple Returns Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us to request a return or exchange, including a brief explanation of the reason for the request.
  2. Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is in its original, sellable condition.
  3. Shipping Label: Once the item is prepared and confirmed OK via us, please send the item back to us. We will provide the best return address on email.
  4. Inspection & Processing: After we receive the item and confirm it’s in sellable condition we will refund you.
  5. Visit Us (Optional): If you're nearby, you can visit our warehouse to exchange the item directly—just contact us beforehand to arrange this and save on return shipping costs.
